Booking Terms and Conditions

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Rates include linen and weekly service. A confirmation deposit being 1/3 of tariff or minimum $100 is to be paid within seven days of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 28 days of the due check-in date, this will be waivered if the booking is resold for the entire period. A cancellation administration fee of 12% applies. Bookings are non-transferable without the written consent of management.

Check-in is between 2 PM and 5 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM.
